At first it looks impossible to fix because of the bent. When the customer gave it, the phone was still working fine so i gave it a try. First is bent it back to make sure i can align the new screen perfectly. So luckily i was able to bent it back enough to fit the new screen. And one more thing the front camera proximity sensor was damaged so it needs to be replaced as well. After trying to install temporary the screen and see if it fits with the frame and then turn on to make sure the new screen is working fine specially the touch screen and making sure the display is working and no backlight problem. Next is to transfer all the metal and screws to the new screen which takes around 5 minutes. So far the repair was a sucess and also i installed tempered glass for extra protection. :)
